Inactive medical record management at Bandung Hospital

The purpose of this study was to examine the management inactive medical records in a private hospital Bandung. research method used is descriptive-analytic. subjects were head section and storage officer. results record form microfilm USB as well computer notebooks. room does not have temperature control, humidity control room, lighting settings. Maintain cleanliness records. There no treatment for files, air exchange, maintenance. Storage uses centralized decentralized system. Requirements rooms cabinets, do use regulators, there supervision.
